•We are a mixed team of self employed therapists, therefore different staff members have different payment systems, all accept cash or bank transfer in the salon, and some have a card machine and may charge a 2% charge for this
•50% fee to cancel within 2 calendar days before appointment , 100% fee for cancelation within 1 full calendar day before appointments, no shows & appointments canceled due to lateness.
•If you are unable to cancel your appointment online, please text 07985409585, emails and DMs are not always monitored.
•If you’ve booked a service which requires a patch test and do not attend the patch test your appointment won’t go ahead and you’ll still be charged. Patch tests for brows and lash lifts are essential, you can come in during salon opening times for a patch test.
•We have a 15 minute grace period for appointments, if later than 15 minutes the appointment will be classed as a no show.
•Please do not bring children with you to your appointment. If you do unfortunately the appointment will be canceled and charged due to our policy.
•In unforeseen circumstances staff members may be changed, terms and conditions still apply.
•The card on file is only for cancellations, please bring cash or card to your appointment, if we have to use the card on file on the time of the appointment due to no means of payment there will be a £5 charge.
