Ella - Salon Owner
The face behind Ella Bellissima.
After working in the beauty industry for many years, in 2020 mid pandemic, Ella decided it was time to launch her own salon. Starting off in a small studio in town on her own, Ella has worked extremely hard to go from that to now a beautiful salon down crown walk with a team of 4 therapists! Ella is an award winning lash artist & trainer. She has won 2 live competitions and the salon has won many awards such as best salon for customer service in Newmarket.
In November 2022 Ella became a mum of twins, and shortly after opened up the new salon. It's safe to say she's not shy of a challenge! Ella is also our Semi Permanent makeup artist offering brow treatments & lip blush.
Her main focus is on the customer experience & continuing to train the staff to give them the top skills to perform the best treatments in the area.
Laura - Salon Manager
Laura is our Salon Manager at Ella Bellissima and also the Head of Education at Ella Bellissima Academy. With years of industry experience and a real passion for helping others grow, Laura plays a huge role in both the day to day running of the salon and the training we provide to students. She supports our team, maintains our high treatment standards, and leads our academy courses with professionalism, patience and expertise. Laura is an award winning lash technician, specialising in lash extensions, Korean lash lifts, brows and spray tans. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and is dedicated to empowering other women to learn new skills, build confidence and create successful careers in the beauty industry.
Carmen - Lash & Brow Artist
Carmen has joined the salon in 2022 and was originally a client of Ella Bellissima, where she began to express her interest for learning the art of eyelash extensions.
She soon booked onto a course with Ella Bellissima Academy. Months before even taking the course, Carmen would practice and study eyelash extensions, and it was no surprise that she excelled and passed very quickly on her classic and volume course. Ella was very impressed with how quickly Carmens skills and talent were coming along after the course, that she offered Carmen a position at Ella Bellissima.
Carmens lash art is beautiful and elegant, and she will make you feel comfortable and pampered when you have an appointment with her with her warm smile and kind personality. Carmen is also an educator for Ella Bellissima Academy
Grace - Aesthetics Nurse Medical Practitioner
Grace is a registered nurse and aesthetics practitioner. Prior to her nursing career she worked in the beauty industry as a beauty and massage therapist. Grace met Ella through the baby sensory group they both attend. They bonded over their sons and all things baby before chatting about business and how great it would be to come together at Ella Bellissima.
Why Grace work in aesthetics: To be able improve the way somebody feels about themselves, Is definitely one of the top reasons Grace loves to work in aesthetics. The aim of the treatments Grace provides Is to improve a particular aspect of how someone sees or feels about themselves. She loves seeing a clients reaction at the end of a treatment and witnessing someone's confidence grow - it's an amazing feeling and by far the best part of the job.
Scarlet - Beauty Therapist
Scarlet has been in the beauty industry for 8 years. As well as her stunning nail, lash & brow work, Scarlet is an extremely talented makeup artist. She has trained with the prestigious makeup academy 'Glam by Polly'. Scarlet met Ella through local fashion shows where Ella used to do the makeup for, she then became a client at the salon and Ella approached Scarlet about coming to join the team, and we are so pleased she said yes! Scarlets always gives 10/10 customer service and you will feel super comfortable in her company.
Gracie - Beauty Therapist
Gracie is one of our talented beauty therapists at Ella Bellissima, offering a full range of treatments designed to help you look and feel your best. She specialises in everything from eyelash extensions and brow treatments to relaxing facials, massage and beautiful nails, making her the perfect therapist for your regular maintenance appointments or a full self care session. Gracie takes great pride in delivering high quality treatments while creating a calm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. Her attention to detail and passion for the beauty industry means you’ll always leave your appointment feeling refreshed, confident and truly looked after.
